2025 was not a year that could be summed up neatly. It was a year of grief, big creative highs, painful endings, community, exhaustion, and growth — sometimes all at once. This reflection is about losing my grandmother, letting go of an identity built around an old idea of success, and trusting what emerges when life rearranges everything. It’s honest, messy, and grounded in lived experience — a look at what it really means to redefine success as an artist and a woman in music.
